Join us on Saturday June 13, 2026 in Theux for a unique sporting challenge at the summit of the Col du Maquisard! Trail and duathlon meet here in an original concept, where running, hiking and road biking can be combined in separate events, according to individual preferences.
The routes cross some of Belgium's most beautiful natural landscapes, in the heart of the communes of Theux, Spa, Stavelot, Trois-Ponts, Aywaille and Stoumont. Between Ardennes forests, emblematic sites such as the Ninglinspo valley and roads punctuated by mythical climbs made famous by Liège-Bastogne-Liège, the event offers a unique immersion in these two worlds.
Starting at Haute École de la Province de Liège d'Agronomie in La Reid, participants can choose between 4 trail distances, 2 hikes, 3 cyclos and 4 duathlons.

Trail and walk
- 40km (1500D+)
- 25km, 13km and 5km - The 5km and 13km distances are also open to walkers
Cycling
- 70km (1800D+)
- 50km (1200D+)
- 35km (900D+)
Duathlon
- Duathlon 2500 D+: 70km bike followed by 25km Trail
- Duathlon 2000 D+: 70km bike followed by 13km Trail
- Duathlon 15000 D+: 50km bike followed by 13km Trail
- Duathlon 1000D+ : 35km bike followed by 5km Trail

Step 1: Make sure you have...
Your ULiège ID number
As a reminder, registration is exclusively reserved for members of the ULiège university community (students, staff, alumni). Proof of ULiège registration number (letter + digits), student card, membership card, etc., must be presented when you pick up your race number.
Your means of payment
You can pay for your race number directly via the registration form. The ULiege price is automatically applied by following the link below.
Step 2: Login to the registration module

If you would like to invite a fellow ULiège Alumni to participate, please send them the URL of the ULiège agenda for the Assaut du Maquisard. It's not possible to find this link from the official Zatopek Magazine website.
- In the "New registration" block on the left , select the event of your choice
- Then click on the [ JOIN GROUP ] button displayed in the distance block.
Step 3: Join your group
Join an existing group
- In the "Join an existing group" block , copy and paste the group code TeamULiege then click on [ NEXT > ] (you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of your request to join the group, followed by an acceptance e-mail)
- In the "New registration" block, click on [ SUIVANT > ] (unless you already have a Like2Sport account)
Step 4: Entering your data
Encode your information
- Enter your details: your surname, first name, e-mail address; your registration number, the size of ULiège t-shirt you would like to receive, whether you would like to start from a "fast runner" locker and select the additional services you would like to add to your registration fee (the purchase of the locker option, a childcare service, books, etc.)
- Check your information
Step 5: Confirm your registration
Validation
- Click on [ ADD TO MY CART > ] at the bottom of the page
- You're now at the payment stage (there's no discount code, the ULiège price is already integrated into the form) enter or modify your billing details in the block on the right and click on [ PAY MY ORDER > ] at the bottom of the page
- Proceed to payment: by bank transfer or card (card, Bancontact app...)
- Once your registration is complete, check that you have received your confirmation e-mail entitled "Your order", listing your registration and giving you a reference number. Keep this e-mail safe.
Be patient and get ready...
About ten days before the race, you'll receive an e-mail from the Cellule Evénements (Service de Communication) with practical information on how to pick up your TeamULiège number and T-shirt. In the meantime, get ready for the big event !
